Seeing Alkaline Trio Live Was Amazing

Last week turned out to be a really enjoyable week. Although there are several factors that have contributed to my recent surge in happiness, the first thing on my list is the improvement in how it feels outside. For as long as I can remember, I have always liked Spring, and this year has gone the same way.

Now, the improvement in the weather is not the only reason I’m feeling good. Surprisingly, two separate but good things happened to me in just one week. I was so excited when last week arrived because of an event that I had been waiting to attend. I have been a fan of Alkaline Trio for more years than I can count, and I got to attend their concert last week. This was the first time that they had come to my city, and I would have paid for my ticket just to hear Alkaline Trio play Help Me.

Even though it can’t quite compare to the Alkaline Trio concert, I did have another good thing happen last week. Because I was feeling good, I decided to give myself a treat. I spent the day out and about shopping, and at the end I brought a piece of 14K gold jewelry home. While my piece of 14K gold jewelry wasn’t cheap, I know that it’s something that’s going to continue to make me happy for a long time to come. Life has been dealing me some bad hands, but I am happy to say that my luck has officially taken a turn for the better.
